90’s noise Rock legend teams up with slouch for their first remaster…

Fragile Porcelain Mice was founded in the St. Louis suburb of Belleville, IL (the hometown of Uncle Tupelo) in 1991. The band emerged from the vibrant music scene of St. Louis in the 1990s with a blend of heavy, noisy and melodic post-punk. Known for energetic live performances and a distinct heavy, dissonant yet melodic sound, FPM recorded & toured throughout the late 20th Century. Founding members Mark Heinz (drums), Tim O’Saben (guitar), Scott Randall (vocals), & Dave Winkeler(bass) recorded 4 full length albums; Amigo de Fuego (1994), Frostbidding (1996), All This Baggage (1998), & The Best of Modern Rock (2004) as well as 2 singles; "Rut 7”" (1993) & "Dead Weight/The Thinker" (2016). In 2016, Ian Baird took over drum duties & the band continues to perform periodically today.
